Description
The Dungs pressure regulator, type FRG, has an adjustable setpoint spring and defined counterspring. These proportionator/zero governor regulators are recommended for industrial and commercial heating applications. All NPT sizes, and range from 1/2″ to 3″ for connection to your application. Various outlet pressure spring selection options.
Proportionator Application:
Holds a constant gas/air ratio by varying gas flow to a gas burning piece of equipment in proportion to combustion air flow. Adjustable ratio for excess gas or air operation.
Zero Governor Application:
Controls fuel by reducing incoming gas pressure to zero or adjustable to slightly above or below atmospheric pressure.

- Optional Low fire bypass for 1/2 in. NPT to 2 in. NPT models
- Connection for air impulse line
- Inlet and outlet 1/4 in. NPT test ports on each side
- Factory installed vent limiter
- Input Pressure Proportionator: 2 to 82 in. W.C. (5 to 200 mbar); Zero Governor: 2 to 20 in. W.C. (5 to 50 mbar)
- Output Pressure Proportionator: 4 to 60 in. W.C. (10 to 150 mbar); Zero Governor: -2 to 2 in. W.C. (-5 to 5 mbar) – see spring selection.
