The Siemens LME7… Flame Safeguard sets a new standard for flexible, cost effective burner supervision. Ease of installation, programming and commissioning are incorporated into a reliable, field proven control.
Three LME7 Types:
- LME71 Flame safeguard
- LME73 Flame safeguard with actuator control
- LME75 Flame safeguard with self-check scanner capability
The burner control LME7… is a microprocessor-based unit which has matching system components. In summary, these components control and give supervision of forced draft burners of medium to high capacity.
More Features:
In addition, the Siemens LME7 Flame Safeguard has a programmable actuator positions for purge, ignition, and low fire. For instance, it has adjustable time overlap of spark ignition transformer and pilot valve. LME7 has an adjustable time overlap of pilot and main gas valves. In addition, it has programming via AZL display, Proof of Closure switch monitoring and optional gas valve proving function. In conclusion, it has password protected access to OEM parameters.
Application:
LME7 are used for the startup and supervision of multistage or modulating forced draft burners and atmospheric gas burners in intermittent operation. The fuel-air ratio can be set either via an air damper actuator which acts on mechanical or pneumatic ratio control. Also, it can be acting via pulse width modulated fans and pneumatic ratio control.
