The Siemens LME71 Flame Safeguard is a microprocessor-based unit primarily for industrial burner control. For convenience, they can be ordered preassembled, like this one, with a LME71 base unit, a PME71 programming chip, and a Connector Plug Set.

Highlights
It has programmable purge and electrical remote reset capability. It also incorporates UV scanner and flame rod sensor inputs.
Each LME7 can be equipped with a remote AZL23 display that provides additional status information. A cable is required when using the LME7 base unit, to connect to the AZL23 display unit.
This provides the user with greater control of set parameters.
In addition, the proof of closure input allows the user, to monitor that the gas valve is 100% closed, which ensures combustion safety.
