Application
Honeywell Eclipse AirHeat v2 Burners are ideal for generating a large volume of clean hot air as packaged line burners. Applications include ovens, dryers, fume incinerators, and similar industrial equipment. In addition, the AirHeat v2 burners can also be ordered without a blower for use in re-circulating air applications. In summary, these burners provide simple, reliable operations, plus lower CO emissions than other competitive air heating burners.
All models feature an integral combustion air blower mounted on the burner’s steel case. By supplying the correct air volume and pressure to the burner, this blower allows a stable operation over a wide range of duct velocities without the need to install a profile plate around the burner.

We help select the burner model, features, and options for your application. Items such as brackets are available for slot firing or duct mounting and flanges are available for continuous flange mounting. Right hand or left-hand gas piping can be supplied with BSP or NPT connections. A reduced port fuel control valve can be supplied with a variety of control motor and linkage options. Ignition can be by direct spark or by spark ignited pilot. Flame rod flame supervision can be from either or both ends. Several air flow switches are also available.
