The low NOx SER V5 burner delivers the best fuel efficiency of any burner in its class. Featuring a compact design incorporating both the burner and recuperator, the burner is easy to install and set up. With the burner and an enhanced performance recuperator co-axially mounted inside a radiant tube, the SER V5 internally transfers combustion exhaust heat back to the burner air supply in a counter-flow pattern. This provides high preheat temperatures. The new high-efficiency recuperator design incorporates a unique dual-finned combustor, which provides an increased heat transfer surface for greater fuel savings. The SER v5 delivers exceptional heat flux and temperature uniformity.

The Eclipse ImmersoJet (IJ) is a nozzle-mix, tube-firing burner that is designed to fire at high velocities through a small diameter immersion tube in immersion heating tanks. The combustion gases from the burner scrub the inner tube surfaces to produce the highest heat transfer rate of any immersion burner available. It provides faster heat-up times than any other immersion burner. The standard burner includes a packaged blower, actuator control motor, integral butterfly valve, ratio regulator, burner body, combustion chamber, nozzle rear cover, spark and flame rods.

The Eclipse P-Tube burner is a radiant tube velocity burner for use in P-Tube furnace applications. The burner design utilizes flue gas recirculation entrained by the products of combustion. The flue gas recirculation provides lower NOx emissions and better tube temperature uniformity. By utilizing preheated combustion air, this burner delivers higher efficiencies than stand alone tube firing burners.

Eclipse low emissions TFB burners are designed to fire radiant and immersion tubes with inputs from 300,000 to 2,000,000 Btu/hr. With a vigorous spinning action, the unique nozzle design creates an intense adjustable length flame. This long, spiraling flame results in cleaner combustion, efficient heat transfer and more precise, uniform tube temperatures. In addition, the flame scrubs the inside of the fire tubes to remove the gas film boundary layer and increase heat-transfer effectiveness with outstanding temperature uniformity. Not only do these factors contribute to longer tube life, they also ensure consistent uniform process heating. Another name for the TFB burners were ThermThief.
